The Weathervane Defense

not that it's a joke about nasa but someone that overhears on intellectual property and tortiouslly interferes with development and design by filing patents on a fly-by-night basis is really gaming a weathervane defense that popularity or membership or group affiliation may weight the issue on outcome for their side however given the insanity of the weathervane defense it actually promotes deference to the original led claim of mine in weathervane i actually weathervane defense because the wind that blows back is often much stronger in reality with ownership by royals

right right on time

the homeless really just need something to do while they get back on their feet they not understand that under an artistic production the actors involved have to be right right on time and just the way the director likes it if not they can go home or be homeless as well and do whatever they have otherwise but that's really a production and it goes along with anything else in a production society where the consumer picks winners and losers and who buys out

The Infringement Phenomenon

this is based on infringement that is easy to find or lackluster or mediocore versus authentic or well made infringement that is actually hard to find and this may indicate a reverse power from the gradient of difficulty based on the phenomenon that an easily discoverable infringement may actually draw hubris on the original because of it's scope of authority while an authentic infringement may have an actual solution to the existence of the original. a lot of people in miami in my former alma mater have a lackdaiscal attitude toward their unauthorized of others, plaigarists but the one they pick to plaigarize is as easy as a hint or small reminder to get them going sometimes they need for lack of their own originality but so the sayings the more the weightier but usually when there is an infringement present it is because of speculative interest of pending sale or other ulterior motive usually a good authentic would require an equal or superior creative talent which would indicate that there isn't a need for it if there was an infamy by right there already that's why talk about creativity as being such an elusive speculative interest it comes and goes as it wants and nobody has the right of decency to pin it down

Homeless U-Turn G-Plea

i am working on a draft contract for homeless theatre that makes use of camcorder on dialogue from current popular and familiar works such as The Passion, Gigli, and Star Wars where the reference on the credits indicates charitable donation and also making use of variety naming techniques where these would respectively be the patch on, g-plea, 'Rar wars.

i am also working on the intellectual property right on these types of works because typically a spin-off is caught as infringing in this case there would be alternative methods of resolution property

i am even thinking of u-turn as oh, turn on a cardboard and panhandling out of computer stores

as for j-lo movies i am thinking of mopster-in-law or Make in Manhatten

in case it was infringing people might want to buy both and compare so it would be selling the original not infringing
